Why Am I

Meh, Life is crap at the moment… Oh well, I don’t feel like explaining it all at the moment, but rather the consequences.

Overall, Lately, I just feel like I have no purpose in life, no passion to pursue. I feel empty, confused and sad.

Without a purpose or passion, I feal worthless, If someone told me I had cancer and were destine to die, I would pretty much accept the fate without sadness, why be sad if were to essentially loose nothing?

I am just so lost at the moment, I’m full of thoughts, without direction, without passion, I just cannot see any nice path for my life to go in. My life at the moment is OK on the surface, but that is just a façade, one I’ve been carrying for a long time…. Where to now??? I doubt that I will go forward, I don’t possess the skills to do that. Thinking, I have brought this demise on by myself…

I got a sack of mail today :-P

OMG, WOW!!

Today was strange. Now, I get mail from time to time, however today I got a sack of mail.. Yep, Big white bag about 1 meter high with a tag tied around it’s neck with my name and address on it.

I have never got a sack of mail before, So I thought I was extremely special.

This is where my story degrades though, in it was only one item, some books I ordered from Amazon for my brothers birthday. Yay, they turned up 2 weeks early :-)

Now, I also noticed that the item seams to have come from somewhere in Europe, my guess is Austria. Now, I ordered the books from the US, so why Austria? Well, I actually have had a couple of things sent to me from the US from many companies that seem to have used Austrian postal authority stamps or Austian customs declarations.

My theory is that it must be cheap to send mail between Austria and Australia because allot of mail probably goes between these countries as allot of people get Austria and Australia confused and therefore allot of mail items need to be redirected between these two countries. I like my theory anyway.

That’s enough from me for now, just thought I’d share my obscure day..

I Now Have A Digital Camera

Hmmm, My week has kind of been adventitious.

Over the weekend I attended one of my cousins joint 21st and 18th. This was my first 21st I attended that I really drank. It was a cool night, I enjoyed it, the speeches were cool. The party was a “M” and “A” theme party, so I decided to go dressed as Michael Owen (I wore a English soccer top of the player “Owen”) or “Me”(Owen). I find it suffice to say that I got drunk to the level where I was expelling blood without having any physical blows against my body.

I have also been without my normal computer as I had to send it away to be fixed under warranty. Unfortunately the people have been extremely slow in getting it repaired, So much it takes them 2 days to ring me back with a progress report. But I Might be getting it back tomorrow (YAY!)

After being pestered for photos of me at the 21st by one of my friends, I
decided to fix my lack of photography in my life and go out and buy a digital camera. After a little research I decided to get a Pentax Optio S6 (Almost copying said friend). So off I trundled into the city and purchased one for a reasonable price with a couple of freebies thrown in. It takes ok photos, I thought they would have been a little better, although as I progress along I have found that my lack of skill is somewhat to blame, and the fact that it has a small CCD.

Anyway, before I went on my trip to get the camera I was feeling the need to get one quickly as I could only find one shop with them in stock. Today I went to get a bag for the camera from another shop, I found out why they are in such short supply. After telling the shop assistant what camera I had, they got very angry. Why? Well my camera is not meant to be released yet.. That’s right I am soon special that I have a pre-release Pentax Optio (Small things amuse small minds hey…) So if you live in Australia and want one, I can point you in the direction of a “dodgy shop” to buy one from.

One last thing that has been of novelty this week is my family have now got an exercise bike. It is a really good tool at showing how unfit I am. Ohwell, I guess that’s why we got it, to get fit..

Graduation Photos

My computer is still away being fixed, however I manage to get scan, and touch up (due to the poor quality scanner), my graduation photos into my current slow computer. So here they are as promised...

The quality is not as good as they are on paper, but I think they are good enough for now and on the net. Feel free to click on the photos to view them in full size, They are somewhat better without the substandard blogspot image resizing algorithm that the thumbnails are created with.

And yes, I know I look like a goober...

I don’t have much else to say, so... Cheerio .
